Mapai Transport Ltd. is best known for its prime movers transporting shipping containers with tons of weight over the highlands highway.

Yesterday (24/09/20) Mapai did a far smaller job by supporting a local NGO in Lae to delivery sanitary kits for young female students to a primary school located at Tent Siti Lae.
As you see, just a Land Cruiser was needed for this important load.

Days for Girls Lae met 159 girls and 15 female teachers. The international not-for-profit organizations supports schoolgirls in Lae with washable sanitary pads. The aim is to help these young girls to go to school in an uninterrupted manner and focus on their school education.

This distribution come with a “girls talk” about female hygiene and sexuality.

Mapai Transport Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer and through our motto “Spirit to Serve” committed to the people of Papua New Guinea.
